The Knights' defense stood out in a Week 6 Homecoming win that produced seven Rockvale turnovers as the home team overcame a sluggish start Friday.

Burroughs' 45-yard interception return opened the second quarter and Samson Johnson scored his second of three touchdowns with 8:46 to play in the second to give the Knights a 21-14 lead that stuck to the half.

Coby Walton connected with Chance Fitzgerald for an 8-yard touchdown early in the third and Johnson scored on a 5-yard run later in the frame before another Morgan catch-and-run TD to close within 35-21 to start the fourth.

Walton hit Dylan Northcutt for an 11-yarder early in the fourth and the Knights defense struck again with a Jaeden Wyatt fumble recovery for a touchdown with 3:01 to play.

Walton finished with 253 yards and a pair of TDs, while Fitzgerald closed with 12 catches for 101 yards. Johnson rushed for 58 yards with the trio of TDs.
