Knights Blowout Liberty Creek, Improve to 4-0

Nolensville 53, Liberty Creek 7 

The Knights scored the first 47 points in a lopsided home win Friday in Week 4. 

Coby Walton connected on 8 of his 10 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns as Nolensville racked up 427 yards of offense. All three of his touchdown passes went to Chance Fitzgerald, who finished with 100 yards receiving. His TD grabs came from 50, 46 and four yards. 

Samson Johnson rushed for 101 yards and TD and Zion Tamaska added 77 yards on just four carries, including a 70-yard score for the Knights. Nolensville averaged 16.4 yards per play in the victory and came away with three fumbles. 

Both Derrick Burroughs and Gary Davis added sacks for the Knights defense. Taryc Washington recovered a fumble forced by Jaeden Wyatt and scored a touchdown with 4:35 to play in the first quarter. 

Davis also recovered a fumble and scored early in the third on a strip by Brayden Clark

Nolensville kicked off a three-game home stand with the victory and improved to 4-0 overall. The Knights host Columbia Central in a Region 6-5A tilt in Week 5.
